Sensex, Nifty rebound in opening trade

Equity benchmarks rebounded with moderate gains in opening on Friday, backed by Reliance Industries (up 1.8 percent) and Wipro (up 5 percent) after solid earnings performance.The 30-share BSE Sensex was up 51.64 points at 31,956.04 and the 50-share NSE Nifty gained 11.80 points at 9,885.10.
