Sterling remains flat near 1.2900 as focus shifts to UK GDP

Sterling is trading little changed around 1.2930 after the UK Prime Minister May rejected opposition’s appeal to UK-wide customs union ahead of the fourth-quarter UK GDP that is expected to decelerate sharply.
