Foreign Investors Bought Net $66.39 Million Of Indian Shares On Aug 13

Foreign investors bought net $66.39 million worth of Indian shares on Aug. 13, according to data from the National Securities Depository Ltd. In August so far, these investors bought shares worth net $3.61 billion, the data showed. Overseas investors have purchased net $2.24 billion of Indian shares so far in 2020 after buying shares worth $14.23 billion in 2019. They sold a net $4.77 billion of local stocks in 2018 against a net purchase of $7.86 billion in 2017.
